Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Royal Oak, MI, for a New Business Development Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, preparing sales pitches and proposals, and managing the sales cycle. Additional responsibilities include maintaining successful account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and expand business reach.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in New Business Development - Entreprenurial spirt

Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning

Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently to meet goals and drive results

Previous experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of the local market
