Job Title - Specialist, Campaign Marketing Professional Learning for North America Description You’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute strategic marketing campaigns for Pearson’s professional learning portfolio, working closely with product, sales, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. This role aligns with "Campaign Marketing Manager" or "Marketing Manager".

This position will be instrumental to the success of Pearson’s professional learning and paid training initiatives across North America. The role partners closely with the Clinical Core Markets and School Assessment marketing teams to execute high‑impact training strategies that deliver meaningful customer value and drive revenue growth.

As a critical contributor to Pearson’s global training vision, this role helps strengthen regional alignment, identify new growth opportunities, and create a more connected and consistent professional learning experience for customers.

We are seeking a strategic, self‑starting marketer who can create, execute, and optimize integrated marketing plans in support of professional learning offerings. This role requires the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Success in this role depends on agility, strong prioritization, and comfort navigating a dynamic, evolving environment.

The position works closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders across marketing, sales, and product management to drive impact, ensure alignment, and support revenue‑focused professional learning objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years marketing experience

Proven success in launching new products/solutions with integrated marketing plans

Experience in K‑12 Education or Healthcare market preferred

Expertise in digital marketing campaign development

Proficiency with project management systems (Wrike preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Bilingual skills are a plus

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience with professional learning, onboarding, and upselling through buyer’s journey is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

50% Strategic Campaign Marketing Planning

Create, implement, and monitor digital platform marketing plans, campaign plan & budget for product and campaign launches

Adapt value proposition and positioning for new products/solutions (messaging framework, visual identity, and brand strategy)

Collaborate with product and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness

Drive lead and revenue generation through targeted marketing programs

Analyze market trends and recommend growth strategies

Segment and target customers for campaigns

Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights

Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Salesforce)

Support experiential marketing efforts for virtual and in‑person events related to digital platforms

35% Creative Execution of Campaign Deliverables

Develop and drive creative production of digital platform marketing materials, including such items as digital assets, product collateral, sales enablement tools, social media messaging, case studies/success stories, thought leadership content, and all assets of assigned campaigns

Project execution: Daily utilization of Wrike project management system to initiate and manage marketing campaigns from conception to launch, including drafting creative briefs, assigning tasks and setting deadlines, providing creative direction and feedback

Work with the Creative Services team, freelancers, internal subject matter experts, and other vendors as needed to develop approved campaign marketing materials

Develop an appropriate variety of campaign assets to be used in direct marketing and field sales, including international teams, to drive demand via targeted campaigns

10% Relationship Management and Brand Ambassador

Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners

Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned markets and domains

5% Other Duties as Assigned

Compensation: Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full‑time salary range is between $70,000 – $90,000.
