We are looking to hire a full-time Social Media Manager for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will lead the growth and evolution of our Instagram presence across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch and Ed Hardy Swim—creating and curating content that drives engagement, builds community, and reflects each brand’s unique voice. Working closely with Creative and Marketing teams, you will plan and execute content calendars, develop campaigns, monitor trends, and analyze performance to continuously refine strategy. This role requires a strong eye for visuals and storytelling, fluency in Reels and short‑form video, and a deep understanding of Instagram analytics and platform behavior.

The Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping how our brands show up digitally—ensuring content is culturally relevant, performance‑driven, and aligned with broader marketing goals.

You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing Instagram for a brand

Strong understanding of Instagram analytics, trends, and algorithms

Excellent eye for visuals, copy, and storytelling

Experience with Reels and short‑form video content

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, fashion‑driven environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Own and manage the brand’s Instagram presence, including feed, Stories, Reels, and Lives

Plan, create, and publish content aligned with brand voice and visual identity

Develop and execute content calendars around launches, drops, and campaigns

Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and real‑time interactions

Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data
