From large-scale renovations to ongoing design needs, this position supports the aesthetic, comfort, and functionality of our independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. You will collaborate closely with our
Executive Director of Interior Design, an NCIDQ- and IIDA-certified professional , gaining exposure to a wide range of renovation scopes and design strategies while contributing meaningfully to resident well-being. Key Responsibilities: Manage interior design projects from concept through completion, including budgets and timelines Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate purchasing and installations Collaborate and coordinate with onsite community teams to ensure smooth project execution Partner with the Executive Director of Interior Design on projects of varying scale and complexity Qualifications: Degree in Interior Design or Currently a Degree Candidate (required) Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ideal candidate available to start as soon as possible
