Product Design for Trust This Staff Product Designer role will focus specifically on building and accelerating Trust & Safety systems, both for member-facing frameworks, and internal platform tools. Reporting to the Director of Trust Design, you will operate as a design leader with strong engineering depth—supporting end-to-end experience strategy while personally driving high-fidelity, implementation-quality design, front-end code, and internal tooling that accelerates our work. You will shape how Trust experiences are conceived, validated, and scaled across LinkedIn, especially in complex, high-risk domains.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Design Systems, and partner teams across the LinkedIn ecosystem to translate Trust patterns into high-quality, accessible, and cohesive implementations. This role requires strong frontend engineering skills, fluency in interaction design, and the ability to navigate complex technical, regulatory, and user-experience constraints.

We’re looking for Designers who flex into front-end, and who connect the dots between design systems, interaction patterns, and technical architecture—helping LinkedIn build Trust experiences that are consistent, scalable, and ultimately self-service.
