Role Overview The Paid Digital Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Shoe Sensation’s paid digital efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, while also supporting organic Meta content, GEO and SEO initiatives. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive traffic, sales, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute full paid media strategies across Meta and Google to support eCommerce, in‑store traffic, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition.

Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, optimization, and pacing across:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Search, Display, and Performance Max

Build and manage audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

Own budget management, forecasting, and performance optimization aligned to ROI and ROAS goals.

GEO & SEO

Support GEO strategy, ensuring Shoe Sensation content is optimized for AI‑powered search, discovery, and recommendation engines.

Collaborate on content structure, product descriptions, FAQs, and store pages to improve visibility in AI‑generated results (Google AI Overviews, conversational search, and emerging platforms).

Align paid search insights with organic SEO and GEO efforts, using keyword intent, query trends, and performance data to inform optimization.

Partner cross‑functionally to improve on‑site content clarity, authority, and technical best practices that support both traditional SEO and AI‑driven discovery.

Monitor performance trends and emerging best practices related to AI search, GEO, and evolving search behaviors.

Organic Content

Support organic content strategy to ensure alignment with paid campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives (META and LinkedIn)

Collaborate with creative team on content planning and messaging

Analyze organic performance and provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement

Optimization, Reporting & Insights

Analyze campaign performance using platform data, GA4, and internal reporting tools.

Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Continuously test creative, audiences, messaging, and formats.

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.

Collaboration & Leadership

Partner cross‑functionally with merchandising, marketing and analytics teams

Manage relationships with vendors (CO-OP)

Maintain documentation, best practices, and scalable processes to support growth.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience managing paid digital media, with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

Working knowledge of GEO/SEO and local search optimization.

Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward traffic, revenue, and customer growth.

Retail, eCommerce, or multi‑location brand experience preferred.

Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
