We’re hiring an Appointment-Setting Sales Professional to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, engage interested customers, and set in-store appointments for vehicle purchases. This role is ideal for confident phone professionals who thrive on goals, activity, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound sales calls to leads
Respond to inbound phone, text, and email inquiries
Build rapport and qualify customer interest
Overcome basic objections and drive conversations to appointments
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on showroom visits
Accurately log activity and notes in CRM
Work closely with sales managers and showroom staff
Performance Expectations
Consistent daily call activity
Strong appointment-setting results
High appointment show rate
Appointments that convert to vehicle sales
Professional, customer-focused communication
Compensation Compensation may include:
Appointment bonuses

Sales-based incentives
Qualifications
Phone sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or BDC experience preferred
Confident and professional phone presence
Goal-driven and comfortable with performance metrics
Organized with strong follow-up skills
