Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Funeral Director based in Spokane, WA. The Funeral Director will oversee and coordinate funeral services, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and care. Responsibilities include consulting with families to plan and arrange personalized services, managing details related to funerals and burials, and adhering to all regulations and organizational standards. The Funeral Director will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance through the funeral process while maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach.
Qualifications
Proficiency in serving families and understanding of state funeral laws
Ability to work with families of diverse cultural and ethnical backgrounds
Experience in Funeral Services and the ability to provide personalized and compassionate support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle logistics and prioritize tasks
Applicable licensure in funeral directing (as required by state regulations)
Ability to work on-site in Spokane, WA and manage occasional long or irregular hour
