The salary range for this role, based in Louisville, Kentucky is $92,720.00 to $115,900.00. The range may vary if the role is outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary The Global Brand Ambassador for NADL brands serves as the leading voice for our portfolio within the global mixology and spirits community. This role champions cocktail innovation, bartender education, and cultural relevance across all NADL brands, ensuring each brand is represented authentically and creatively. Through immersive training, inspiring activations, and compelling storytelling, the ambassador builds strong connections with trade professionals and consumers, driving advocacy and loyalty worldwide.

Reporting Line Reports to: Senior Manager, Brand Advocacy

Core Responsibilities Global Advocacy & Education

Deliver dynamic mixology‑led training sessions for bartenders, distributors, and trade partners across priority markets for all NADL brands.

Represent NADL brands at global market launches, trade shows, and cultural events, showcasing creative serves and brand versatility.

Brand Experiences & Activations

Design and lead premium cocktail activations that highlight the unique flavor profiles and stories of NADL brands.

Curate experiential events that immerse guests in the heritage and innovation of our portfolio.

Toolkit Development

Help manage development of global advocacy and education toolkits, covering experiential activation, on‑trade program campaigns and global drink strategy.

Hospitality & Guest Hosting

Partner with NADL hospitality teams to host immersive bartender trips, VIP and influencer experiences at brand homes and events.

Content & Social Media

Create engaging mixology content (recipes, tutorials, behind‑the‑scenes) for social platforms across NADL brands.

Share ambassador journey and cocktail innovations to amplify digital presence globally.

Bartender & Influencer Relationships

Build and nurture strong relationships with leading bartenders, mixologists, and cultural tastemakers who can champion NADL brands in their markets.

Act as a trusted resource for cocktail trends and portfolio serves.

Market Support

Collaborate with local marketing and commercial teams to support launches, train frontline staff, and align with market priorities for each brand.

Founder & Brand Team Collaboration

Work closely with brand teams and founders on advocacy initiatives, presentations, and global storytelling opportunities.

Ambassador Network Management

Engage with local ambassadors worldwide, sharing tools, best practices, and activation updates across all NADL brands.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience Location

Based in Louisville, KY, with frequent domestic and international travel.

Interpersonal

Charismatic storyteller with a passion for cocktail culture and hospitality.

Strong presentation skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Highly organized and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.

Experience

5+ years in mixology, bartending, or brand advocacy roles.

Proven track record in cocktail program development and bartender engagement.

Strong social media presence and content creation skills.

Key Competencies

Deep knowledge of spirits and cocktail trends across multiple categories.

Networking and relationship‑building expertise within the global bartender community.

Event planning and execution skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach.

Languages

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Requirements

Availability for frequent travel and evening/weekend events.
