Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Pulaski, TN for a Mold Designer. The Mold Designer will be responsible for creating designs for injection molding tools, analyzing client requirements, developing high-precision mold layouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal design solutions. Responsibilities also include addressing design challenges, optimizing tooling performance, and assisting in the coordination of production processes from concept to completion.
Qualifications
Experience in Tooling Design and Mold Design
Knowledge of Design Engineering with expertise in injection molding processes
Understanding of molds and injection molding systems
Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Previous experience in the manufacturing or injection molding industry is preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
