About The Role
Summary
As a part of the Customer Experience Team (CX), this position is a strategic partner that collaborates with the CRP Senior Product Manager‑Commercial Lending, business owners, and Agile teams to drive the evolution of Commercial Lending processes and the nCino Platform. It is a highly visible bank‑facing role involving detailed business requirement discovery, data and workflow analysis, and testing for nCino and Salesforce. The analyst independently leads discovery sessions with various business owners, drafts functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria, works closely with the Product Manager to prioritize requirements for maximum business value, and assists in maintaining the product backlog. Acting as a key liaison between business best‑practice owners and Agile teams, the role ensures the delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet business requirements, supports design and process solutions, collaborates with development and testing teams on prioritization and feedback, and determines release readiness in alignment with schedule, scope, and budget constraints. The analyst stays up to date with nCino features to keep the lending platform competitive and aligned to business goals.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our nine‑state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY.

Description
Identify business requirements by eliciting subject‑matter experts, stakeholders, and sponsor feedback at all levels. Elicitation includes interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. Conduct a detailed business analysis to create intuitive, visually appealing, user‑friendly designs including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Write functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide system development and configuration.
Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and sponsors, presenting designs, explaining decisions based on nCino technical knowledge, and providing rationale for design choices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product management, development, and QA to ensure the product is delivered according to business requirements.
Perform process design/redesign, process improvement, workflow analysis, and data analysis for nCino and Salesforce. Work with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders at all organization levels to analyze processes, provide industry best practices, and make recommendations for management is possible as it relates to the nCino product.
Conduct validation and usability testing to ensure the product meets user needs and is easy to use. Validate developed results against business requirements, set up test scenarios, coordinate testing efforts, recruit participants, identify and resolve defects, and produce user procedures, process flow, and training materials.
Ensure team members and end users are trained on new enhancements and features. Collaborate with other teams to develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing support directly or with admin and operations teams. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training across all organization levels to promote business improvement and standardization efforts.
Governance: Adhere to and support the use of governance, security, and risk management practices.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Complete assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by the due date.
About You Qualifications Education
Required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a business‑related discipline such as organizational management, marketing, finance, or information technology.
Experience
Required.
Minimum 5 years of nCino platform experience.
Required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, with demonstrated roles in lending, credit, or operations.
Preferred: Minimum 3 years of nCino or Salesforce implementation experience.
Preferred: Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and/or mentoring peers.
Preferred: Minimum 1 year of nCino Quality Assurance or UAT testing experience.
Preferred: Experience writing User Stories/Requirements with Acceptance Criteria, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating releases.
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, Scrum, SDLC, Waterfall Methodologies, and DevOps environments (Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, AutoRabbit).
Would an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience be considered?
