All Sports Camp Director
at Hopkins Pavilion.
12 Week program: June 8 - September 4
Hopkins Pavilion
$20 - $35 per hour
The Director is responsible for full‑site operational leadership, including staff management, program execution, parent communication, safety oversight, and culture development. This individual will supervise and develop a team of counselors while ensuring structured, high‑quality multi‑sport programming for K‑6 participants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all site operations and daily camp execution
Supervise, coach, and evaluate camp staff
Implement structured multi‑sport curriculum and schedule management
Maintain safety compliance and risk management standards
Serve as primary point of contact for families and facility partners
Manage equipment, field trips, and logistical planning
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational leadership, experience in youth programming or athletics, and the ability to balance big‑picture strategy with hands‑on management.
This position offers meaningful leadership responsibility within a growing nonprofit committed to youth development through sport.
