The Key Account Manager (KAM) for the PAT Bio Sales Territory is responsible for driving sales growth and managing complex, high‑value sales opportunities across the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets. This role focuses on selling Nova Biomedical’s biotechnology portfolio, including advanced analytical instruments, automation systems, and associated services. What you’ll do
Manage and grow key accounts within the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical markets

Point‑of‑sale services
Identify, qualify, and develop new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and on‑site evaluations
Develop and deliver compelling value‑based presentations tailored to customer needs
Generate accurate quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system
Manage and maintain sales demonstration and evaluation equipment
Collaborate with internal teams including applications, service, marketing, and product management to support customer success
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer requirements
What we are looking for in you
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred)
Proven experience in capital equipment sales, with a track record of selling instruments valued over $50,000
Experience selling into biotechnology and/or biopharmaceutical markets strongly preferred
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and analytical instrumentation
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong presentation, communication, and technical demonstration abilities
Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear customer value propositions
High level of professionalism, self‑motivation, and accountability
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Physical Requirements for this role include Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight travel as required.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive computer‑based tasks.
Ability to lift and transport materials or equipment up to 66 pounds as required for customer meetings or demonstrations.

Targeted Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000/year
