Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners including marketing and medical science liaisons Uphold highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
