Responsibilities
Review and acknowledge orders for accuracy prior to projects being released to production.
Support dealers, inside and outside sales reps with exceptional customer service.
Create parcel and shipping manifest packets.
Assist with miscellaneous office duties such as answering phones, greeting walk‑in customers, and light cleaning.
Qualifications
Customer support experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
Computer aptitude and strong attention to detail, including proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Ability to communicate processes and next steps of projects to close work orders.
On‑the‑job training will cover our internal ordering system and ERP system.
Key Duties

Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages.
Attend team meetings with intent.
Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and sales reps.
Help maintain a clean office environment.
Communicate delivery dates and current lead times for projects/completion orders.
Create shipping manifest packets for trailer deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
