We’re looking for a driven, relationship-first seller to join our growing Sales team. This Account Executive role blends

strategic new business development with long-term account growth,

ideal for someone who enjoys building a territory, owning client relationships, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for driving programmatic revenue across agencies and brands in your region. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers to deliver thoughtful strategy, unlock new opportunities, and build meaningful, lasting client partnerships.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company; however, our Sales teams are regionalized. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates located in

Miami, Florida .We are open to hiring at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level, depending on experience and track record.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting, pitching, and closing platform sales deals with agencies and brands across your region

Owning full-cycle sales: from outbound prospecting through close

Growing and retaining existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities

Partnering closely with Account Managers to present strategic campaign recommendations

Collaborating with product and leadership teams to support client needs and feedback

Building and managing a strong pipeline within CRM tools

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of digital advertising sales experience

Experience selling within a

DSP strongly preferred ; broader AdTech experience will also be considered

Proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales environment

Strong prospecting and outbound motion experience (hunter + farmer mindset)

Experience building and delivering strategic client pitch decks

Ability to communicate technical and platform-based concepts clearly

CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management

Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally within your region
