Our west coast Region is seeking a District Sales Coordinator in Sarasota, FL. This is a management-level, commission-only position with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. In this role, you will help lead and coordinate district sales operations, support the district’s growth initiatives, and drive execution through organization, communication, and accountability. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys leading from the front, and is motivated by building momentum through consistent activity and strong follow-through. What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate daily district sales operations and sales support activities Help drive district growth through execution of recruiting, onboarding and development of new agents Coordinate meetings, trainings, schedules, communications, and follow-up action items Track activity and performance metrics to support district accountability and goal attainment Maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure smooth communication and a high level of service for the district and field team Support strategy execution to achieve district production and growth goals Qualifications

Strong skills in sales operations and sales coordination in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to execute plans that drive sales growth Strong leadership presence and ability to influence outcomes Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, results-driven setting Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous Previous experience in a sales leadership/support role is a plus Work Location

On-site: Sarasota, FL Pay Structure
