We’re looking for a relationship-driven, commercially minded Associate Account Strategist who enjoys helping clients grow and solving real business challenges. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, guide clients through onboarding and expansion, and serve as a trusted partner who ensures they get measurable value from their marketing strategy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating across teams and wants to play an active role in shaping how accounts grow over time.
What You’ll Do: Lead Onboarding and Implementation
Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and organized transition from sale to delivery.
Work cross-functionally to align recruiting execution with client goals and expectations.
Set clear milestones and keep stakeholders informed throughout the implementation process.
Account Growth and Expansion
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, workflows, and priorities to identify opportunities that add real value.
Partner closely with sales and recruiting teams to expand accounts and increase long-term revenue.
Position solutions in a consultative way, helping clients think strategically about talent and scaling.
Act as a Client Advocate
Serve as the voice of the client internally, sharing feedback and insights that improve service delivery.
Identify friction points and proactively recommend improvements to processes or communication.
Manage Relationships and Deliver Value
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.
Run regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews focused on outcomes, performance, and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or staffing—ideally supporting marketing or digital teams.
Experience managing multiple accounts or a book of business.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship-building and commercial outcomes.
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or marketing environments is a strong plus
Our client is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
