Bertera Subaru is seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Deal and Inventory Administrator

to join our office team. This is an in-office administrative role supporting vehicle registration, inventory control, and dealership documentation. Automotive office experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Complete and maintain the

Massachusetts EVR certification process

and strictly adhere to all state laws, regulations, and dealership policies related to vehicle registration and EVR software usage Process and submit vehicle registrations, titles, and related DMV documentation accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update vehicle inventory records in dealership systems Coordinate with Sales, F&I, and Accounting departments to ensure paperwork accuracy and completeness Track incoming and outgoing vehicle titles and license plates Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with audits as needed Ensure compliance with state requirements and dealership procedures Handle filing, scanning, and organization of vehicle documentation Communicate with lenders, vendors, and state agencies as required Provide general administrative support to the office team Qualifications (Preferred)

Previous automotive office experience (registration, title, or inventory experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and office systems (dealership DMS experience a plus) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills
