Overview A growing manufacturing company in the HVAC/industrial space is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support customers and internal sales operations. This is a fully onsite, day‑shift role focused on inbound customer support, order processing, and sales assistance—not outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails
Process orders and perform accurate data entry
Resolve customer issues and support order‑related questions
Assist with pricing, order status, and light upselling opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Qualifications
2–3 years of customer service experience in a
manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with order entry, inside sales support, or customer account management
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, onsite manufacturing setting
ERP or order management system experience is a plus
