
Job Description
This Enterprise Account Manager role is responsible for ~$500M in UPS revenue, overseeing a parent company and Affiliate related volumes. This position reports to a VP of Sales who reports to the President of Training and Critical Accounts.
Responsibilities
Responsible for growth and revenue quality across multiple business units which are planned for close to ~$500M in annual revenue.
Leads cross functional business teams, including Legal, Customer Solutions, IT, Marketing and Revenue Management with focus on risk aversion and new revenue quality.
Articulates business needs, opportunities, progression, and results to UPS President level within sales and with VPs.
Maintains contract compliance, which includes volume, revenue, data compliance and package mix to meet Total Shareowner Return (TSR) objectives.
Contributes to weekly profit plan presentations for ELT (Monday mornings).
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of Supply Chain and Sales experience.
Salesperson must be able to exceptionally manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines that can impact UPS earnings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Must have or build an extensive knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain as well as International Small Package.
Willing and able to travel at least 2X / month.
Preferences
Proficiency with contract language interpretation, legal limits and anti‑trust.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experienced in solving problems and able to demonstrate a creative mindset.
