
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Detroit, MI. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, providing regular updates and reports to clients, and ensuring deliverables are met within deadline and budget. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact, addressing any client concerns and fostering long-term partnerships.

Strong relationship management, client communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management, organizational skills, and time management
Sales or account management experience demonstrating negotiation and business development capabilities
Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in a client-facing role; business or marketing-related experience preferred
Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
