Position Summary Aprés Nail is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of apresnail.com. This role works closely with the E-commerce Manager to execute website updates with precision, assist in launching digital marketing campaigns, and maintain an online store that is accurate, high-performing, and delivers a premium customer experience.

Core Responsibilities Website & Campaign Execution

Execute all website updates related to promotions, product launches, and content changes according to the e-commerce calendar

Assist in co-monitoring of paid advertising campaigns under the direction of the E-commerce Manager

Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure site functionality, accuracy, and seamless customer experience (links, images, promotions, navigation)

Platform Maintenance

Assist in maintaining the online product catalog with accuracy, including SKU uploads, product descriptions, imagery, and pricing as directed by the E-commerce Manager

Monitor site performance and flag bugs, speed issues, or display inconsistencies

Support the management of product collections and on-site visual merchandising based on direction from the E-commerce Manager

Help keep Shopify apps and integrations organized and running smoothly, escalating issues as needed

Conduct regular site audits and report findings including broken links, outdated content, and UX issues

Data & Reporting Support

Pull, compile, and analyze data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketing platforms into weekly and monthly performance reports

Track key metrics including revenue, conversion rates, and traffic sources

Monitor competitor promotions, pricing strategies, and website updates

Assist in preparing reports and data summaries for business reviews and strategic meetings

Flag anomalies or opportunities requiring immediate attention

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Assist the E-commerce Manager in coordinating with Customer Service to identify and resolve customer-facing website issues

Support the gathering of creative assets (copy, imagery, video) from Brand Marketing as directed by the E-commerce Manager for campaigns and site updates

Help maintain communication with Operations regarding inventory levels and product availability to ensure website accuracy

Required Qualifications Hard Skills

E-commerce Platform Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Shopify administration required

Marketing Tools: Familiarity with email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred) and Google Analytics

Digital Marketing: Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and campaign setup

Data Skills: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, pulling reports, and identifying trends in performance data

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of how website updates, tracking, and marketing tools connect

AI & Automation Awareness: Understanding of how AI tools can enhance e-commerce operations

The pay range for this role is: 70,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Gale)
