Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Compensation Starting hourly rate of $23.58/hour until assigned a route, solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment. Majority work a 4‑day week, no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills / Qualifications Required: Qualified candidates must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of prior employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
