A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Intellectual Property matters. This role supports attorneys handling complex federal litigation and contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple matters involving technical subject matter. Discretion, ownership of work product, and strong collaboration skills are essential. Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation in state and federal courts Draft, revise, and electronically file pleadings, motions, and briefs (CM/ECF & PACER) Coordinate and manage discovery, including drafting responses and organizing productions Prepare hearing and trial materials, including exhibits, witness files, and binders Support contested USPTO matters such as oppositions, cancellations, and UDRP proceedings Maintain litigation calendars, monitor court deadlines, and manage docket entries Organize and track large document sets, including technical documents and prior art Utilize eDiscovery platforms (including Relativity) for document review and case preparation Summarize depositions, expert reports, and complex technical materials Assist with trial logistics, demonstratives, and real-time transcript management Conduct legal research as needed Support IP portfolio tracking and client reporting, including coordination of opposition and cancellation matters Assist with billing coordination, budgeting, and special projects such as due diligence or prosecution support Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; IP litigation experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and federal court practices Experience with eDiscovery software (Relativity preferred) Familiarity with docketing systems such as CompuLaw is a plus Comfortable working with technical subject matter and collaborating with attorneys and expert witnesses Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
