Position Overview The Senior Analyst plays a critical leadership role within the Asset Management team, overseeing the Analyst function while remaining deeply involved in asset‑level financial and operational analysis across the portfolio.

This individual is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all analytical outputs that support decision‑making across Entrada’s assets. The Senior Analyst serves as the primary resource for Analysts, establishes modeling and reporting standards, and partners closely with Associates and Asset Managers to drive informed portfolio management.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong commercial real estate analyst who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to perform high‑level financial analysis. This role is based in Addison, TX and is on site Monday‑Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day oversight of the Asset Management Analyst team, reviewing work product for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across models, dashboards, exhibits, and supporting analyses.

Establish and enforce quality control standards for all Asset Management deliverables, including business plan models, ARGUS files, valuation outputs, and recurring reporting packages.

Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for analyst workflows, model governance, templates, version control, assumption logs, and documentation standards.

Serve as the “single source of truth” for model and ARGUS standards, as well as core asset data integrity including rent rolls, market lease assumptions, VTS tracking, and A/R reporting.

Perform advanced financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preliminary review of operating results, budgets, and forecasts across the portfolio to identify material variances, trends, and performance insights for Asset Managers.

Manage a high‑volume workload across multiple assets, deadlines, and reporting cycles while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and prioritization.

Lead and support special projects, including ad hoc financial analysis, portfolio‑wide initiatives, lender and investor reporting support, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Mentor, train, and coach Analysts to elevate team performance, speed, and overall quality of analytical output across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or asset management.

Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, IRR, and real estate financial modeling.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise (ARGUS certification preferred).

Demonstrated ability to train, guide, or mentor others.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to improve processes and elevate team performance.
