Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for an Insurance Agent, located in MO. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients by assessing their needs and offering suitable products. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, selling and promoting insurance products, processing policy renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include analyzing financial information to recommend appropriate coverage and collaborating with other team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Knowledge of Finance and financial analysis with attention to detail
Exceptional Customer Service skills, including communication and problem‑solving capabilities
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
State insurance license is required (or willingness to obtain one promptly)
Proficiency in relevant software programs and tools is an advantage
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven mindset
