Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Event Marketing Contractor to support marketing initiatives across North America and the LATAM region. This role focuses on executing webinars, events, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of B2B marketing activities to drive business growth across North America and LATAM
Assist in planning and implementing event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Execute webinars, in‑person events, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness and market presence
Identify and coordinate partnership and sponsorship opportunities; support community engagement and award submissions
Assist with marketing lead‑generation initiatives and ensure timely coordination with sales teams for follow‑up
Manage and update local social media channels to support audience engagement and communications
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare sales enablement materials and ensure consistent messaging
Work closely with global cross‑functional teams to leverage shared resources and maintain regional message alignment
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Chinese for effective business communication
3–5 years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably within the cloud or technology industry
Experience supporting marketing efforts across North America and/or LATAM markets is a plus
Proven experience executing B2B event marketing programs across ATL, BTL, digital, and performance channels
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a hands‑on, start‑up mindset
