Role Description This is a full‑time, remote role for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who’s ready to drive growth and build meaningful client partnerships. In this position, you will open new doors, identifying opportunities, developing leads, and expanding business across your assigned territory. You’ll shape solutions that fit each client’s needs, deliver polished presentations, negotiate contracts, and consistently hit – or exceed – sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and account management

Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills

Analytical capability in conducting market research and evaluating opportunities

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software platforms is required

Ability to work independently with effective time management and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

3‑4 years of sales experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry is highly advantageous
