Sales Support Manager The Sales Support Manager leads and elevates our Sales Support function, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable support that drives sales success. This role oversees team performance, process improvement, and operational results while partnering closely with Sales Leadership and senior executives to support growth. You will lead through a Sales Support Team Lead who manages daily execution, allowing you to focus on strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recipe for success:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Must have 5+ years in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or administrative leadership
Must have 3+ years of experience managing or leading administrative or sales support teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
Experience with process improvement and SOP development.
Familiarity with sales reporting, commissions, billing and CRM or third party tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Own the performance, structure, and scalability of the Sales Support department
Set goals, KPIs, and service standards
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team
Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
Oversee commissions, billing, and sales reporting accuracyPartner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership
Contribute to strategic initiatives and Quarterly Business Reviews
Ensure alignment between frontline execution and departmental objectives.
