Role: In‑Person Sales Representative
Pay: $20/hour + Commission
Type: 6‑Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
What You’ll Do As a Field Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the face of the brand for local merchants. Your responsibilities include:
Conduct in‑person merchant visits (30–40 visits weekly)
Travel within an ~80‑mile territory radius, with occasional planned overnight travel
Handle phone outreach for leads that are too far to visit
Balance call and visit activity to meet weekly goals
Collaborate with local sales teams in overlapping territories to maximize coverage and effectiveness
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ozark, MO.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00‑$20.00/hr.
