What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop, document, and maintain robust account intelligence within the employer's CRM

Educate buyers on the employer's brands and values to build preference and loyalty

Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the annual transient RFP process

Identify and capture share shift business opportunities for both current and new hotels

Engage with hotel sales teams and customers to negotiate and win business

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in strategic account management or a related field

Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on building relationships

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of market conditions, forecasts, and trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in the hospitality industry

Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth

Experience with business-to-business relationship management

Knowledge of Hyatt's brands and values
