As a part of our marketing team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience, all in person. We are specifically looking to fill this role for our client who works with the Humane Society. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER!
Responsibilities
Conduct meet ups with customers for service follow-ups and feedback
Handle customer inquiries in-person
Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products
Provide exceptional client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Utilize professional etiquette skills to communicate effectively with
Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services when applicable
Experience
Proven experience in customer service or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and documentation
Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently
Prior experience in outbound calling is advantageous
