
Estimator/Quoter - Manufacturing
Estimator/Quoter Responsibilities:
Preparation of quotes for military and commercial opportunities from customers and new business prospects
Communicate with vendors for best pricing and delivery
Develop expertise in U.S. military quoting database
Ability to read blueprints of assembly drawings of harnesses (CAD style)
Electrical schematics and wire diagrams
Become proficient in using the company's ERP system (M1) for quotation development, vendor pricing requests, tracking parts pricing
Update Purchase Orders with current costs
Communicate with customers' technical representatives
Operate with a continuous improvement mindset, improve efficiencies
Qualifications;
2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Customer Service is preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred
Wire harness assembly experience is preferred
Strong math skills and attention to detail is required
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong sense of urgency and good time management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (all onsite)
$55,000 - 65,000/year, depending upon experience
