As a member of the Pro Customer Sales and Service Team, you will: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by utilizing your product knowledge and loyalty programs. Provide personalized recommendations based on unique project requirements. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, handle loading of materials, and manage deliveries. Share your expertise in specialized paint and product knowledge. Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to meet monthly sales goals. We are looking for team members who are passionate about helping customers succeed in their projects. Bilingual communication skills are preferred at certain locations to better meet customer needs.
