Responsibilities

Efficiently gather products for customers' online orders while ensuring freshness and quality.
Assemble and process customer orders, including processing coupons and payment.
Deliver and load completed orders into customer vehicles upon arrival.
Maintaining communication with customers to address any order substitutions or exceptions.
Ensure a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat business.
Follow food safety procedures and adhere to all company guidelines.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in staging areas and equipment.
Assist in training new team members and support a collaborative working environment.
