Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager - Solar to join our team in Houston, TX. This on-site role involves leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving targets for solar solutions and products. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, oversee the sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives in the solar energy market.
Qualifications
Experience in sales strategies, target achievement, and pipeline management
Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of solar energy solutions, clean energy markets, and renewable energy trends
Ability to analyze market trends, assess competitors, and guide sales decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Proven experience in solar energy sales or other clean energy industries is highly advantageous
