Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poinciana, FL, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth and meeting business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing daily operations, coaching and mentoring team members, and meeting performance targets. The role also involves analyzing sales data, implementing process improvements, and fostering a results-oriented team culture.
Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including experience developing and executing sales plans
Team leadership and management skills, including supervising, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service expertise
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales metrics and improve strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools
Experience in retail or eyewear industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
