Job Responsibilities
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective product promotion and compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
