The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advertiser Account Manager to join the Aragon Advertising division. As a member of our award-winning pay-per-call affiliate network team, you’ll focus on pay-per-call client management and affiliate marketing growth. You’ll work closely with Affiliate Managers and Media Buyers to drive growth for your clients in the verticals you manage. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with affiliate marketing, lead gen, and pay-per-call, is passionate about delivering high-quality traffic, and can demonstrate success in growing client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Works closely with advertisers and develop their campaigns on the Aragon Advertising Pay-Per-Call Network, prioritizing high-quality performance outcomes and superior client relationship management.
Develops insightful and actionable campaign analysis for the Affiliate and Media Buying teams to increase conversion rate, profit margin, and scale.
Ensures traffic is achieving the target performance benchmarks for each client through call QA and client disposition reporting.
Grows Aragon Advertising’s business by optimizing and managing campaigns for pay-per-call affiliates and internal media buys.
Coordinates with teams internally to ensure optimal campaign performance and execution.
Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for both internal and external use.
Negotiates and strategizes with clientele on budgets and exclusive engagements.
What You Have:
5+ years of experience in account management for pay per call, performance marketing, or lead generation.
Hands-on experience working with Invoca, Callrail, Ringba, Retreaver, or other call-tracking platforms.
Possesses a strong understanding of the lead gen to call process.
Comfortable discussing call tracking, attribution, and possesses the ability to customize call and lead gen campaigns to meet client needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and apply yourself towards achieving the company’s goals.
Compensation:
The Aragon Company offers competitive and comprehensive benefits to include professional growth and development, health, dental, vision, wellness, retirement, open leave and more. This role pays a base salary of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00, commensurate with experience and is eligible to earn commission based on performance.
