Responsibilities
Process customer orders by phone, email, and fax using a computerized system
Set up new customer accounts and update existing account information
Provide price quotes and assist customers with order placement
Resolve customer issues related to pricing, billing, shipments, credits, and returns (RMA)
Work with Accounting to address invoice questions and deductions
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Lab, and Engineering to track orders and answer customer questions
Maintain strong customer and distributor relationships through prompt and professional communication
Report product complaints to management and help initiate corrective actions
Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations
Prepare and process required documentation (invoices, packing slips, export paperwork, Country of Origin forms, etc.)
Process and manage export orders
Follow department procedures to meet quality standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma and 3+ years experience in customer service over the phone
Must be available to work ASAP until August 2026
Must be computer literate
Must have excellent listening and communication skills and be well organized
