JR-14455**If you are motivated and believe in the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," join our team!****Position Overview**This position will provide oversight to the employees who handle the facility servicing needs of SECU's retail branch network.
This position will also provide leadership and direction to employees who handle fixed assets of SECU retail branches as well as support organization-wide Facilities-related projects.**Responsibilities*** **15% -**
Hire, train, and support staff in the Facility Servicing and Asset Management department.
Develop and provide training to ensure ongoing staff development.
Work with leadership throughout Facilities Services to cultivate strategy and provide standards that can be used at all branch locations.
Recommend, review, and approve requests for scope of work and invoice approval.* **15% -**
Work with architects, engineers, general contractors, restoration companies, furniture and demountable vendors, and other external parties to manage projects related to branch repair, maintenance, procurement, and enhancement.
Research needed permits as well as all federal, state, and municipality requirements to ensure all work meets codes associated with building and ADA requirements.* **15% -**
Work with branch leadership and other department leaders on site prioritization, project scope and timeline, and development of success criteria.
Ensure collaboration and budgetary alignment.
Manage and maintain forecasting data.
Provide oversight of vendor standards and serve as a consultant to ensure standards are followed at all locations.* **20% -**
Establish framework and procedures the ensure consistent project and asset management across the enterprise.
Develop and implement standardized process for scope definition, resource allocation, cost management, and performance measurements.
Introduce best practices and benchmarks to improve efficiency and enhance reliability.* **20% -**
Review and approve RFP requests for fixed assets and statewide projects.
Serve as liaison between business units, project team, finance, and operations to ensure integrated directives are met.* **15% -**
Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to proactively adjust asset and project strategies.
