Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and supporting the sales team to ensure accurate, ontime fulfillment and positive customer experience. This role owns timely and accurate order entry in Oracle, maintains order book accuracy for assigned accounts, and manages availabletopromise (ATP) allocations in alignment with business objectives. Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or similar role, preferably in metals, manufacturing, or industrial products. Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred) and strong Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and followthrough.
