About Greenboard At Greenboard, we’re building the future of financial compliance. Greenboard is the unified, AI-native compliance operating system for RIAs, fintechs, private funds, hedge funds, and more. It replaces the fragmented mix of legacy tools and automates more than previously possible. By centralizing data and workflows, Greenboard helps firms reduce regulatory risk, simplify their technology stack, modernize how they run compliance, and save money.

Our founding team includes engineers who have scaled products at Amazon, Google, and multiple unicorn startups. We’re backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Base10, and other top‑tier investors, and have raised over $20M to date. Brand‑name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard — and we’re growing fast.

About the Role:

As an Operations & Strategy Associate, you’ll work directly with the Head of Operations & Strategy to scale how Greenboard operates. You’ll own foundational RevOps and finance operations, develop reporting that leadership trusts, and drive high‑impact cross‑functional projects to completion. You’ll research and implement the systems and processes that power our go‑to‑market and back office, and create high‑quality financial and operational models to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in NYC.

What You’ll Work On

Manage RevOps fundamentals, including maintaining CRM hygiene and building pipeline + conversion reporting the team trusts

Research and evaluate RevOps and finance systems (CRM, billing/invoicing, expense management, reporting/BI, data tooling); develop recommendations with clear tradeoffs and implementation plans

Own and maintain detailed financial, operational, and pricing models, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions

Support Head of Operations & Strategy with day‑to‑day finance operations, including invoicing and collections (AR), vendor payments (AP), expense management, and keeping records clean and up to date

Create lightweight dashboards and decision materials (briefs, KPIs, reporting) that synthesize quantitative + qualitative inputs and surface trends, risks, and operational insights for leadership

Run focused competitive/market analyses (e.g., pricing, positioning, tooling landscape) tied to specific decisions

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to unblock execution and resolve issues quickly
