As a member of the Pro Sales and Customer Support Team, you'll build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers. Your role will involve: Proactively driving sales through in-depth product knowledge and loyalty programs. Providing customized recommendations and exceptional service based on specific project requirements. Meeting monthly sales goals and other key metrics to enhance store performance. Duties may include assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and offering specialized paint and product advice. Collaboration is essential as team members work together to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, addressing delivery issues effectively and communicating the advantages of Home Depot over competitors. The Pro Sales and Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in supporting store objectives by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and adhering to high standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations, depending on customer needs. Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50
