Whether you've worked in parts for years or just have a solid understanding of how vehicles work and want to learn more, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Help customers (in person and over the phone) find the right parts and accessories
Process parts orders from service technicians and retail customers
Track and manage inventory – keep our shelves organized and stocked
Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate and order special parts
Keep customers informed on order status with friendly follow-ups
Create a smooth and positive experience for every customer
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in parts or retail automotive (even just a little is a plus! )
Good communication skills – you’ll be talking to customers, vendors, and teammates
Solid organizational skills – it gets busy and accuracy matters
Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems (we’ll train you!)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
Team player with a great attitude and a drive to learn
