Supplier Director
Job Description What You’ll Be Doing
Manage business unit inventory to achieve established metrics meeting all annual SLAs.
Develop the product management and pricing initiatives and supplier negotiations to ensure profitable sales dollars for the business unit and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic suppliers.
Provide direction, leadership, and management to asset and product management business unit team.
Oversee the analysis and execution of the business unit and financial inventory plan.
Maintain accountability for analyzing risk for emerging products / markets.
Ownership of SMI and all relative activities to reduce Business Unit SMI.
Ensure business unit performance as measured by sales, gross profit, inventory turns and other goals as established quarterly and annually.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to drive positive inventory arrangements including scrap, rotations, terms, and other supplier programs.
What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience selling in the IT Sales Channel.
Experience leading a team.
Experience with Nutanix and/or NetApp is strongly preferred.
Must be able to travel a minimum of 30%.
Work Arrangement Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate $163,800.00 – $264,005.28. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Location US‑CO‑Colorado (Remote Employees). Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work‑related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
