Untied Labor Group, a subsidiary of NSC, has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Business Development Representative to join our team, in Indianapolis, IN . You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Business Development Representative, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Business Development Representative Essential Job Functions/Requirements
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting including, client relations, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management
Develop contacts and relations with new client companies, resulting in new job order assignments
Report on the status of accounts
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
Ability to cold call client companies and candidates and generate interest
Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
Develop and maintain strong communication with all client contacts
Great customer, candidate and employee service skills
Must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines
Business Development Representative Required Experience
Min 3 years Account Manager/Sales experience in the staffing industry
Experience preferred but willing to train the right person with the drive to succeed in what they do.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in person & via phone).
Business acumen
Ability to remain flexible and work within a fast-paced environment
