Senior UI/UX Developer (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency)

As a Senior UI/UX Developer, you will be joining XTS’s mission-ready, efficient, and collaborative team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will be leveraging your programming expertise to develop analyst-facing user interfaces, support large data analytics projects by integrating backend services and databases within a secure DevSecOps environment, and pioneer the integration of generative AI into everyday workflows as we hurdle towards the next age of modern American innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a related area and 5 years of relevant work experience
At least 10 years of experience may be provided in lieu of degree
Current, active TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a CI Polygraph
Experience collaborating with data science teams and end users to develop, update, and maintain web-based UI’s supporting large data analytics projects
Development and maintenance of interactive visualizations (e.g. Image display interfaces, map-based visualizations, time-series analytics dashboards)
Oracle databases and API proficiency to read/write data
Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms is also desired
Proficient coding background
Includes Oracle/SQL, React.js, Plotly / Dash, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience coding within GitLab and working with its CI/CD frameworks
Comfortability interacting directly with users to collect and integrate feedback into UI/UX design
Desired Skills
Experience integrating Generative-AI features (prompt input/outputs) into UI design
Experience with Palantir Foundry
