
Drake Cooper is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage a Fortune 10 energy client with multiple brands.
The Account Supervisor is a strategic, operational leader responsible for driving integrated campaign work from concept through launch. This role bridges execution and strategy, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams.
As part of the broader Account team, this role reports to the Associate Account Director and directly leads a Sr. Account Manager.
Candidates must live in ID, WA, OR, CA, NV, MN, IL, CO, KS, and TX. Preference will be given to candidates located in Boise, ID or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available.
Salary range $65,000 - $115,000
Compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location to ensure alignment with market benchmarks.
What You’ll Do: Lead Integrated Campaigns
Drive integrated campaigns from concept through launch, aligning project management, creative, digital, media, and production teams across internal and partner agencies.
Translate client objectives into a clear direction that enables teams to execute with focus and efficiency.
Partner with Producers to guide key phases of production and maintain momentum through launch.
Ensure all work delivers against strategic goals, approved scope, timelines, and budget expectations.
Build and sustain strong client partnerships
Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships.
Communicate clearly and proactively, managing expectations and navigating complexity with confidence.
Ensure client feedback is accurately translated and thoughtfully implemented across brands.
Steward Financial & Operational Excellence
Drive scope development, estimates, and monthly budget management alongside Senior Account Leadership.
Monitor project health and proactively identify risks related to scope, timing, or budget.
Collaborate with Project Managers to build smart, realistic timelines that take into account key client review cycles and milestones.
Elevate the Team
Mentor and develop Account Managers & Coordinators, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
Foster a collaborative, accountable environment where teams feel supported and empowered.
Lead thorough QA across deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and overall polish.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and create greater clarity and efficiency across brands.
What You Bring:
5+ years of agency account management experience
Experience leading integrated campaigns from concept through production
Strong financial acumen, including scopes and budget management
Ability to manage complexity with clarity and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ownership
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Production experience preferred
Experience within an Integrated Agency Team preferred
Comfort working with a Fortune 10 energy client
